Caring for this rug
I bought this, love it. It looks so high end in person, the lopped wool is beautiful. How do I best care for this rug to avoid pulling loops and braids out? I'm kind of afraid to vacuum it?

Vacuum with floor attachment, do not use beater bar. Clip loose ends, do not pull. Blot spills immediately. Spot clean stains with mild detergent & white cloth only. Professional cleaning recommended.

Does this rug need a rug pad underneath it?
We are not using anything and it seems to be thick enough where we will not purchase a pad for it. Have had a couple months now.

Is this rug machine washable?
We do not recommend machine washing the Charlize Heather Coal Rug. To clean, vacuum regularly with straight suction and spot clean with mild soap and water.

Great rug, sheds a lot
Love the rug, it is nice and thick, very well made. But it does shed a lot initially. For the first couple months there were fibers everywhere but it seems to have calmed down now.

The perfect rug

Excellent product
despite that the rug was absolutely beautiful, it lost its beauty in the flooring. Too much monochromatic to have it's beauty show. I had to return the rug unfortunately. But that does not mean I will not return to find another to take its place!

Friendly, professional and competent service.
Jovanna was efficient from beginning to end in assisting me with the purchase of our area rug. Jovanna was exceptionnaly good with my 5 year old grandson during the transaction. Beautiful Rug
I love this rug! I couldn't be happier! It reminds me of a beautiful chunky knit sweater. It adds warmth and style to my living room which has Turkish ceramic tile floors.
