You get what you pay for
In the positive column, it's cheap. If you need a pillow for staging in an unused room it would be fine, but if you want to actually use it, it's not that great. Online it appears to have a sheen and the texture of dupioni silk. In reality it's a flat scratchy thin polyester that wrinkles upon use. The insert is a thick polyester batting which doesn't have the give or ability to shape or conform to the corner of the couch that a feather insert has. It keeps sliding right off the leather couch. It appears to be sewn okay, and has an invisible zipper. It's worth the price, but it's going to the charity store when I find something better.
My other complaint is the online ordering system. You have to agree to the terms and conditions before completing the order, but you cannot see the terms and conditions until the order is completed. And then, they did not send the tracking number or delivery information until after it was delivered.
