Beautiful and sturdy
The Brandon Nightstand is beautiful. It arrived as pictured and preassembled. The drawers glide easily. The legs help make the nightstand look visually light, but is sturdy overall and feels like a properly substantial piece of furniture. My husband was able to carry the piece upstairs by himself. We are very happy with our purchase.

Disappointed
When looking at this item online, it was difficult to determine the color of it. In some photos it looks brown and in some it looks black. Last month I ordered a counter height table that appeared two completely different colors in the photos as well. The color ended up being the one listed in the description (gray, rather than brown).
I used this to gauge the color of this nightstand, and being that the description listed this as black, I assumed it would match the other black bed and desk that I previously purchased at Living Spaces.
I picked my two nightstands up at the distribution center where they loaded them for me. When I got home I noticed the color on the box said “charcoal”, which made me nervous already considering I thought this would be black. Upon opening the first box, it was obvious that these were not black NOR charcoal; they are very obviously BROWN. Please see attached picture showing the color difference between my bed frame and the nightstand.
I am so disappointed that the description on the website (or the box for that matter) does not accurately describe what these look like. These do not match my bedroom set at all and need to figure out how to return these. I was considering painting them, but then I realized the poor quality of the mechanism that enables the drawers to slide open. You have the pull hard, and the tracks are not smooth at all.
I have purchased from Living Spaces quite a bit and this is by far the most disappointing item I have ever received from them.

Unhappy customer
Loved the product. However, strongly disappointment in the overall experience. It took more than 5 tries to get all our products in perfect condition. Customer service didn’t seem to care too much about the customers experience, time, and money spent.
