The Gel Springs Medium Twin Extra Long Mattress will work with an adjustable base. The Low Profile foundation is not needed because the Base will serve the same purpose as the foundation.

I love this mattress!!
I just love this mattress!! Its high quality, built well and seems like it will last a very long time.
Now I know that a good , comfortable mattress is one of the most, if not the most personally specific material item one could ever get...
So I will say, go into the store, check it out!! The Revive brand seems to be top shelf and the price was right.
I even got same day free delivery! Woot
Would I buy this mattress again, absolutely.
