Surface texture of the wood
How would you describe the surface texture of the wood? Is it shiny or dull? Can you feel the grain or is the surface smooth to touch?
You can feel the grain of the wood slightly which gives it a natural look. It's not shiny and it's very durable. The drawers (except the bottom) are lined with felt and the drawers are deep which are a plus. Some of my drawers stick but hoping over time, it'll get better.

Assembly
If assembly is required what is the estimated time to assemble? Are there options to receive assembled?
I had mine delivered because it's very heavy. It's one solid piece and just the drawers need to be installed which was seamless.

Love this dresser!
We got this bureau delivered today and my husband and I both absolutely love it. We actually put it in a closet in our master bedroom as we did not have room for a dresser in the room. The delivery went really well. They followed all the Covid precautions wearing booties, gloves and masks. They were very careful. The dresser was in perfect condition and the drawers glide very easily. We love the color and the finish of the piece. The drawers are felt lined and roomy. We highly recommend this dresser!!

Clean look/drawers stick
I love the appearance and durability of this drawer. After I purchased it, I was having seconds thoughts so I went back to the store. I looked at the floor model again. I opened and closed the drawers which glided smoothly. The depth of the drawers are very deep which I knew would suffice for my needs. The drawers (except the bottom) are lined with felt so your items aren't shifting around with every open/close.
The delivery was great (I purchased the entire bedroom set). When I opened/closed the drawers, they didn't glide smoothly like the floor model. I get that I may have to push them to close but 2 of the drawers need a forceful push. I decided to keep it and hopefully over time it will get easier. The appearance of the drawers out-weigh the drawer issue so I'm keeping it.

Big Bold A Statement
We bought the set, King bed frame with drawers, Chest, Dresser & Mirror & 2 night stands.
Looks great. Solid wood, nice rustic finish.
Our room is big and this set makes a statement,
big, bold and beautiful! I was amazed all of the pieces made it
in our bedroom without a scratch or nick! I think delivery was $100 and the best $100 spent because this stuff is very heavy.
No complaints!

Very spacious chest
I purchased the whole set online - eastern king bed, night stand and chest, and love the high quality of these furniture! The chest if quiet tall (you will not be able to put a mirror on it and use it), but it is spacious and has great drawer sliders and safety child lock mechanism.
I was able to fit all things which I were storing before in 2 smaller chests. Happy customer!

Solid Construction and Great Look
I had this dresser delivered and was pleasantly surprised that the drawers were already installed. The drawers are durable and have a soft close. Bottoms are also durable and have the angled supports underneath. Offers a large amount of storage for the footprint. Only negative I have is the smell when it first arrived. Not so much that new furniture woody smell, but almost musty. Made my clothes inherit the smell (adding a dryer sheet and drawer liners remedied that issue though. Overall I'd highly recommend, especially with the other pieces in the set.

Impeccable delivery and looks great
Big thanks to the delivery team, they've been impeccable: on time, very courteous and wearing face masks (covid times). They delivered inside the apartment rather than downstairs in the lobby which is really great since this item came assembled and it's big and quite heavy. It was a struggle enough to bring it from the living room into the bedroom on our own.
It is sturdy and I really like the look of it. It goes well with the bed, which I also got at Living Spaces, but a few years ago and it's not sold anymore and I was struggling to find something that goes along.
