This expansive showroom includes pieces for every space, including bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms and offices. Same-day pickup and delivery are available. Please be aware that only credit cards are accepted.
Q: How do I get to the outlet center?
The building is very large. We are located on the north-east corner of the building off of Perry St.
Q: Is there anything different with this store than other stores?
The outlet center sells specially priced outlet products including Studio Living. It is different than our Clearance Centers, it does not sell As-Is or Floor Models.

Plus, it’s easy to access – located just off the 215 Freeway. If you’ve hopped on the 215 S from the 60 E, exit right on Harley Knox Blvd, turn left onto Harvill Ave, then make a left onto Perry St. Watch for signs for Messenia Lane, and then turn right. Then, look out the passenger side window – because the Perris Outlet Center will be on the right!
If you’re coming from the 215 N, follow signs for Messenia Ln. Then, turn right onto Messenia, and your destination will be on the left!
Coming from the Historic Route 66 W? Keep heading west, and follow signs for W 23rd St. Turn right onto Mt Vernon, hop onto the 215 S, exit right onto Harley Knox Blvd – and turn left onto Harvill. Continue for a little over a mile, turn left on Perry, and then watch for a Messenia Ln. You’ll turn right there, and then Living Spaces will be on the right!
